Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

  • This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and service credits work for NexEd ERP subscriptions.
  • This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Free Trial

  • Trials are provided for evaluation purposes. No payment is required to start a trial.
  • If you choose to subscribe after the trial, billing starts on the date you convert to a paid plan.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Service remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Monthly fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

4. Annual Subscriptions

  • You may cancel an annual subscription. Where offered, prorated refunds may apply within a limited period as stated in the Terms of Service or your order form.
  • After the applicable refund window, annual fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

5. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Add-ons

  • Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the plan and billing settings.
  • If a change results in additional fees, we will present the pricing before you confirm.

6. Mobile App Purchases

  • If you purchased a subscription via an app store, refunds may be handled by the app store and subject to its policies.
