Mobile App EULA

This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs your use of NexEd ERP's mobile applications.

1. License Grant

  • Subject to these terms, NexEd ERP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the mobile application for authorized access to the Services.
  • If you use the app on behalf of a school or organization, your use is subject to that organization's account and permissions.

2. Restrictions

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the app.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code except where permitted by law.
  • You may not use the app to bypass security controls or access data you are not authorized to access.

3. App Store Terms

  • If you downloaded the app from an app store, additional store terms may apply.
  • In case of a conflict between store terms and this EULA, this EULA applies to the extent permitted by law.

4. Updates and Availability

  • We may provide updates to improve functionality, security, or compliance.
  • We do not guarantee that older versions will remain supported. For security reasons, you may be required to update.

5. Data and Permissions

  • The app may request device permissions (e.g., notifications, camera for document capture) to enable features.
  • We process data according to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum with customer organizations.

6. Disclaimer

  • The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, subject to warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
